Technical characteristics
Automatic heat-shrink tunnel that works by immersion, completely built in AISI 304 L stainless steel.

Sanitary Finish
Stainless steel chain transportation system coupled to a band conveyor that conveys goods over a roller train divided in three sections, all of them detachable for easy cleaning.
The sections corresponding to the immersion area entrance and exit have a flat tray-shaped bottom with drop device towards immersion area so as to collect product drip resulting from immersion.
Hot water tray with thermally insulated lid and a 4-inch pipe for steam exit, also detachable for easy cleaning.
Float with water level to maintain the appropriate level.
Heating is attained through direct steam injected into a pipe so as to distribute heat appropriately.
Hand tray purge.

Control System

Electronic system installed to control the following variables:

- Feed speed.
- Feed acceleration and deceleration curve.
- Immersion time control.
- Downward and upward speed control of the immersion pneumatic piston.

Water temperature regulation by means of a digital thermostat.
